We’ve looked at Chompoo Araya and Aff Takasorn lives post lakornland. Or mostly post lakornland. Now let’s take a look at a woman who still regularly stars in lakorns as she nears her 40s, Nune or Noon Woranuch. Noon has been in the business since 1997 and she seems to have only grown more popular over time.
Please note: Speculation and gossip is a big no-no with me. So I’m just going to stick to the facts.
Nune or Noon Woranuch was born on September 24, 1980. She has starred in over 40 lakorns from 1997 to 2020. Noon used to be with Channel 7, but became a freelance actress in 2012. During that time with Channel 7, Noon starred in Rahut Rissaya, Ngao Hua Jai (2010), and Kha Khong Khon (2011), all of which are English subbed and can be found here.
In May 2010, Noon married Piti Bhirombhakdi and in 2012, Noon ended her contract with Channel 7 and went on to star in some of her biggest hits yet. Noon starred in the very popular Thong Nuea Kao (2013) from Channel 3, where she played one of her most difficult roles as an alcoholic mother of five in the 1960s. 2016’s Blood & Treasures (as it’s called on Netflix USA) was a roaring success and Ra Rerng Fai the following year also did well. Noon recently starred in one of the recent rash of infidelity lakorns called Game Rak Ao Keun (2019) and her latest lakorn Woon Ruk Nakkao aired February 12, 2020. I hope she continues to be a leading lady for many years to come!
